Who we are
Under the loving guidance of our parents we grew up empathizing and understanding that everyone may not be as lucky as we are, be it physically, mentally, emotionally or financially. We were always told to share and love all equally and to be non judgmental. The problems & grievances of those less fortunate than us touched us deeply. A bunch of us got together and started volunteering & supporting small causes in the areas of medical, poverty, women & children, environmental causes etc.
Thus the journey began in 2001, when we gave our regular and relentless efforts a name ‘ADORE’!
We started with 2 projects a month, and with the love, encouragement and support of our well wishers, we have expanded our reach out to more and more causes.
‘Adore Charities’ gained the formal registration as a NGO in 2008. Since then, its been no looking back. Adore aims to impact various social development areas whether it’s feeding and clothing the poor, disaster relief, supporting medical facilities, encouraging the arts and education, environmental awareness or any other worthy cause.
At ADORE few like minded persons work together and their objective is to make someone’s life a little better, someone’s heart a little lighter.
